I guide select leaders to master their inner game, cultivating awareness, resilience, and purpose in a rapidly changing world.
Drawing on decades of experience as a student of leadership, strategist, CEO and systems thinker, I work with leaders at inflection points — when growth, transformation, or reinvention demand new ways of seeing and leading.
What I Do
As the pace of change is accelerating all around us, most of us find ourselves navigating greater complexity. I work closely with clients to strengthen inner wisdom, expand perspective, and lead with grounded confidence. From that place of centered awareness, strategy sharpens, teams align, and collaboration and innovation naturally emerge.
My coaching is both practical and deeply human — grounded in attention, alignment, and the belief that thriving leaders create thriving systems.
I help leaders and their organizations:
Clarify and activate purpose that unites teams and inspires lasting commitment.
Shift from intensity to intentionality — creating the conditions for inspiration, innovation, and regenerative leadership.
Cultivate a long-term view, making conscious choices instead of reacting to urgency.
Transform brands into movements that expand culture and meaning.
Coaching Philosophy
My coaching and advisory approach balance inner work and outer impact.
- Self-awareness, mindset, and the narratives that shape how you lead.
- Purpose-driven strategy, influence, innovation, and governance.
- How to activate your unique superpowers — sparking inspiration and cohesion across teams.
At the heart of my philosophy is this simple truth:
Attention + Alignment + Collective Purpose = Flourishing.
About Adam
I’m a strategist, social impact innovator, systems designer, and entrepreneur who has spent decades helping leaders turn disruption into growth. My experience spans Fortune 100s to early-stage ventures — always with an eye toward the long view and purpose-led impact.
As Founder and Chairman of Monj, I lead a digital health company reimagining whole health and reversing lifestyle disease at scale. That work grounds my coaching in real-time — bridging behavioral science, technology, and leadership.
Across all of it, I’m driven by one question: how do we harness change, uncertainty and turbulence — not just to survive, but to thrive together?
How I Work
I work with leaders by exploring the whole person, as well as the parts that make up the whole. Starting with the individual, this systems approach quickly extends to an ecosystem of relationships that include personal, community, organizational and global.
Our goal is to awaken a greater sense of neutrality, presence and curiosity while quieting our natural anxiety response. From that more easeful place, we can see the full picture with greater clarity and connect to a wider range of insights, possibilities and solutions with those around us.
I work on a retainer basis with relationships spanning 6 months at a time. After the longer initial discovery session, subsequent sessions are usually an hour every other week, along with additional touchpoints and follow up work between sessions. The actual cadence is determined on a case-by-case basis and can shift based on need. Additionally, while I work with clients to make steady progress toward a clear set of goals early on, our work together may reveal deeper insights and aha moments, requiring us to recalibrate our cadence and flow.
