What I Do
As a lifelong explorer of the human experience, I have a keen interest in holistic health and wellbeing, the nature of change, and our constant dance with our emotions. I’ve also studied many models of human behavior, how humans play from cradle to grave, the science of intrinsic motivation, and much more – all in service of activating greater clarity, personal agency, joy and growth. And, I have had the opportunity to learn from renowned spiritual teachers and guides.
As part of my coaching practice, I provide direct insight and support for both early stage and mature companies on topics such as:

About Adam
Adam has had the privilege of working in leadership and founder roles as a strategist, social impact innovator, systems designer and entrepreneur over several decades. His executive and advisory experience spans multi-national organizations, early and mid stage start-ups, and management consulting, facilitating purpose-led growth across a wide variety of sectors.
How I Work
I work with leaders by exploring the whole person, as well as the parts that make up the whole. Starting with the individual, this systems-approach quickly extends to an ecosystem of relationships that include personal, community, organizational and global.
As the pace of change is accelerating all around us, most of us find ourselves navigating more complexity. Our goal is to awaken a greater sense of neutrality, presence and curiosity while quieting our natural anxiety response. From that more easeful place, we can see the full picture with greater clarity and connect to a wider range of insights, possibilities and solutions with those around us.
I work on a retainer basis with relationships spanning 6 months at a time. After the longer initial discovery session, subsequent sessions are usually an hour every other week, along with additional touchpoints and follow up work between sessions. The actual cadence is determined on a case-by-case basis and can shift based on need. Additionally, while I work with clients to make steady progress toward a clear set of goals early on, our work together may reveal deeper insights and aha moments, requiring us to recalibrate our cadence and flow.
